The Design and Development category is less concerned with (aesthetic) page and graphic design than it is with the more technical topics that concern today’s Web developer. You will however find links to such resources.

Usability and Accessibility, IA, and adhering to Web Standards are more my concern. You won’t find any Photoshop tutorials here.
